This Privacy Notice explains how Agentic Resources (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through this website, agenticresource.ai. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at info@agenticindia.ai.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, work email, company, role, phone number (optional), subject and the message you send us.
- Live chat: if you choose to use our chat, the messages you send and technical information needed to run the chat, such as your browser type and approximate location.
- Newsletter: your email address and your consent, if you subscribe.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and pages visited, recorded in server logs to keep the website secure and working.

3. How we use it and our lawful basis

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run this website and respond to you, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- our website hosting provider;
- our email delivery provider, which sends form notifications and confirmation emails;
- Chatra, our live chat provider, only if you choose to use chat;
- Calendly, our scheduling provider, if you book a consultation through the calendar on our Contact page;
- Google, which serves web fonts used on this site and may receive your IP address when fonts load;
- members of our own team, including our engineering team in Mumbai, India, where needed to respond to your enquiry.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. International transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States, India and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved for use under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and chat information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any relationship that follows, and then delete it. We review retained enquiry data at least once a year. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell or share it. Residents of Canada have rights of access and correction under PIPEDA.
To exercise your rights, email info@agenticindia.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, your EU supervisory authority, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
9. Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
